Once your order is dispatched, shipping is handled by our trusted third-party logistics partners. Ownership and risk of loss for the products transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we carefully select our shipping partners, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages once the shipment is in transit, though we will assist in initiating carrier investigations where applicable.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order by contacting our Customer Service team at support@newzenstore.com before it has been prepared for shipment. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Upon receipt, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

6. General Provisions

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NewZenstore regarding the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
